These Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Chips are a delicious, healthy alternative to traditional chips! Coated in a crunchy Parmesan and herb crust, they make the perfect snack or appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, then coat in the Parmesan mixture.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes for a quicker option.
