Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine mixed nuts and chopped dates.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler, melt dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using) until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the nut and date mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form clusters.
