2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2cups sugar
3 eggs
1cup buttermilk
1/2cup vegetable oil
1cup hot coffee
1cup heavy cream
1 1/2cups dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Beat sugar, eggs, buttermilk, and oil. Add dry ingredients.
Stir in hot coffee and mix until smooth.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool before frosting.
