A rich, creamy cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries and a sweet glaze.

Ingredients

  • Crust:
    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/3 cup melted butter
    • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Filling:
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Topping:
    • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
    • 1/2 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
  • Pour into crust and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Let cool, then refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • Spread strawberry jam and top with fresh strawberries.

Notes

  • Use a water bath for a crack-free cheesecake.
  • Chill overnight for best results.
