This Easy & Delicious Tortilla Pizza is a quick and flavorful meal that combines all the cheesy, savory satisfaction of pizza with the crispy, light texture of a tortilla base. Topped with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and fresh vegetables, it’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or a tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 200g ground beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning or preferred spice blend
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat. Add taco seasoning and cook until browned. Remove from heat.
  3. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
  4. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over the sauce, then top with cooked beef.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and additional cheese if desired.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tortilla edges are crispy.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro or basil, slice, and serve immediately.
