These deviled eggs, served on a white ceramic platter, are a classic and elegant appetizer with a creamy, tangy filling topped with herbs and paprika. Perfect for gatherings, snacks, or festive occasions.

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar or lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
