Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • 3 egg whites

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

 

  • Food coloring

Instructions

  • Sift almond flour and powdered sugar.

  • Whip egg whites until foamy, then add granulated sugar and beat to stiff peaks.

  • Fold in dry mix and food coloring until batter flows like lava.

  • Pipe rounds on parchment and rest for 30 mins.

  • Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15 mins.

 

  • Fill and decorate with buttercream and edible pearls.
