A flaky salmon fillet coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.

- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt butter and mix with garlic and lemon juice.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet and brush with butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Serve with steamed veggies or rice.
- Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
