A flaky salmon fillet coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Melt butter and mix with garlic and lemon juice.
  • Place salmon on a baking sheet and brush with butter mixture.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Serve with steamed veggies or rice.
  • Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
