- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook onions in butter over medium heat until caramelized.
- Place chicken in a baking dish, season, and pour broth over.
- Top with onions and cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
