  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese or goat cheese (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine baby spinach, sliced strawberries, walnuts, red onion, and cheese if using.
