This Galaxy Mousse Cake is a mesmerizing dessert with vibrant layers of airy mousse atop a buttery crust. Perfect for special occasions, this no-bake treat is both visually stunning and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 200g graham crackers (crushed)
  • 100g melted butter
  • 400ml heavy cream
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 150g white chocolate (melted)
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • Food coloring (blue, purple, pink)

 

  • Edible gold decorations

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Make the Mousse: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and melted white chocolate until smooth.
  • Prepare Gelatin: Dissolve gelatin in warm water, then mix into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Whip the Cream: Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mousse mixture.
  • Create Layers: Divide into bowls, add different food colorings, and layer into the pan. Swirl lightly for a galaxy effect.

 

  • Chill & Decorate: Refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Decorate with edible gold beads and drizzle.
