Instructions

  • 12 oz pasta (shells, penne, or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Notes

  • Use ribeye or sirloin for the best flavor and tenderness.
  • If you prefer a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
  • Swap out heavy cream for half-and-half for a lighter version.
