Juicy and flavorful Garlic Herb Baked Chicken Drumsticks, seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, then oven-roasted to crispy perfection.

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
  4. Pour the herb mixture over the drumsticks and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the drumsticks on the wire rack with space between each piece.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
