Garlic Herb Sautéed Shrimp is a quick and flavorful dish featuring juicy shrimp cooked in olive oil with garlic, herbs, and a splash of lemon juice—perfect as a main dish, appetizer, or topping for salads and pasta.

  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or a mix of dried thyme, oregano, and parsley)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side or until pink and opaque.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss to coat.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve hot as an entrée or over pasta, rice, or salad.

Notes
