Green Candy Heart Truffles are vibrant, sweet treats perfect for themed parties or holidays like St. Patrick’s Day. These no-bake truffles combine crushed cookies with cream cheese, dipped in green candy coating and topped with cute candy hearts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz golden sandwich cookies (like Golden Oreos)
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • Heart-shaped candy decorations

Instructions

  1. Add the golden sandwich cookies to a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
  2. Mix in softened cream cheese until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt green candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted candy coating, fully covering it, and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. While the coating is still wet, place a candy heart on top of each truffle.
  8. Let the truffles set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

  • You can use different color candy melts and decorations for other themes or holidays.
  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to blend smoothly with the cookies.
