These Frosted Circus Animal Cookie Truffles are a fun and colorful no-bake treat made with just a few ingredients. They’re creamy, sweet, and perfect for parties or a nostalgic dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz frosted circus animal cookies
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts (for coating)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Place the frosted circus animal cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese to the food processor and blend until fully combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 15–20 minutes, or until firm.
  5. While the truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely, then place back on the parchment paper.
  7. Immediately top with sprinkles before the coating hardens.
  8. Let the truffles set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

  • Use candy melts for a smoother coating that sets better than regular white chocolate.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • You can use different colored sprinkles to match party themes or holidays.
