The Green & Yellow Tropical Drink is a refreshing and visually stunning beverage combining tropical fruits like mango and pineapple with citrusy lime and optional spicy or sweet garnishes. Ideal for warm weather and easily customizable for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp green apple syrup or kiwi syrup
  • 1/2 cup mango puree or fresh mango cubes
  • 1/3 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup or agave nectar
  • Optional: Tajín or chili powder (for rim)
  • Optional: Gummy candies or fruit pieces (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall, curvy glass with crushed ice until ¾ full.
  2. Pour green apple or kiwi syrup over the ice until it reaches halfway up the glass.
  3. Add mango puree or mango cubes on top of the syrup layer.
  4. Drizzle with simple syrup and splash in the lime juice.
  5. Layer the pineapple chunks over the mango.
  6. Top with club soda or lemon-lime soda.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint, gummy candies, or fruit spears.
  8. Optionally, dust the glass rim with Tajín or chili powder for a spicy kick.
  9. Insert a straw and serve immediately while cold.
