Grilled Beef Skewers are a flavorful and easy-to-make dish featuring marinated beef chunks grilled to perfection on skewers, ideal for summer cookouts or quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • Metal or soaked wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 8 hours).
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated beef onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and onion.
  5. Grill skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is browned on the outside and cooked to desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use metal skewers or soak wooden skewers for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Add zucchini, cherry tomatoes, or mushrooms for variety.
  • Serve with rice, salad, or flatbread for a complete meal.
