Ingredients
Scale
4 ears of corn, husked
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush each ear of corn with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Grill corn directly on the grates, turning occasionally, for 10–12 minutes until lightly charred and cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix softened butter with chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
Once corn is grilled, immediately spread the herbed butter over each ear while hot.
Serve warm, optionally with a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness.
Notes
Try different herbs like cilantro or thyme based on preference.
Can be made on a stovetop grill pan if an outdoor grill isn’t available.
For spiciness, add a pinch of chili flakes or cayenne to the butter.
