Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

 

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Grill the Chicken:
