Ingredients

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
4cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/2cup Caesar dressing
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2cup croutons (optional)
Instructions
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Lay tortillas flat and divide lettuce mixture evenly among them.
Top each with sliced grilled chicken and croutons if desired.
Roll tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form wraps.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, use whole wheat tortillas and low-fat Caesar dressing.
You can prepare the chicken in advance and store it in the refrigerator for quick assembly.
Serve with fresh fruit or chips for a complete meal.
