2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cups cooked white or brown rice
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup cucumber, sliced
Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
