Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Grill the Chicken:

    • Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  • Make the Sauce:

    • Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
    • Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Stir until thickened.
  • Assemble:

    • Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the grilled chicken.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
