Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

 

  • 1/2 cup avocado, mashed

Instructions

  • Grill the Chicken:

    • Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Heat olive oil in a pan and grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side. Slice into strips.
  • Make the Spicy Sauce:
