Grilled Chili Lime Chicken Breasts are a bold and zesty grilled dish marinated in lime juice, chili spices, garlic, and herbs for a flavorful and juicy result perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (plus more for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts and coat evenly with the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
