A hearty and flavorful dish combining seasoned ground beef with tender butternut squash and zucchini, perfect for a comforting and healthy meal.

  • 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Drain excess fat if necessary, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cubed butternut squash to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it starts to soften.
  5. Stir in the chopped zucchini and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, until both vegetables are tender.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
