1lb ground beef (85% lean)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 romaine or butter lettuce leaves
1cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Place a slice of red onion and a spoonful of seasoned ground beef onto each lettuce leaf.
Drizzle warm cheddar sauce over the beef.
Top with chopped scallions or chives and serve with cherry tomato halves.

Swap cheddar with pepper jack or dairy-free alternatives.
Add avocado slices for extra creaminess and nutrients.
Turn into a salad by serving over chopped lettuce.
Try ground turkey, chicken, or plant-based meat for variety.
