8 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Butter or cooking spray for greasing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
Stir in diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions (if using), salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before cutting into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
