Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast or 2 thighs, diced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tikka masala spices (garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic, ginger)
  • 1 prepared pizza dough or base
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce or tikka masala sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion slices
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper slices
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Optional: yogurt or mint chutney for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka spices for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
  2. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet until browned and just cooked through.
  3. Preheat oven to 230–250 °C (450–480 °F).
  4. Roll out pizza dough and place on a baking tray or pizza stone.
  5. Spread sauce evenly over the base, then add cheese, cooked chicken, onion, and bell peppers.
  6. Bake for 10–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and a drizzle of yogurt or chutney before serving.
