- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken tenders evenly in the honey mustard mixture.
- Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and golden.
- Brush with additional honey mustard sauce before serving if desired.
Notes
- Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Serve with extra honey mustard as a dipping sauce.
- For a crispier finish, broil the tenders for the last 2 minutes.
