A creamy, chilled Iced Coffee made with instant coffee, milk, sugar, and ice, blended or shaken to a smooth and refreshing café-style drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 23 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp cream or half-and-half (optional for extra creaminess)
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cup, mix instant coffee, sugar, and warm water until dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into a blender along with cold milk, ice cubes, and cream (if using).
  3. Blend for 20–30 seconds until frothy and smooth.
  4. Pour into a tall glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream or additional foam if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use strong instant coffee for a richer flavor.
  • Add chocolate syrup to make a mocha version.
  • For a lighter version, replace cream with extra milk.
  • You can shake the mixture in a mason jar if no blender is available.
