Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 jalapeños, finely chopped (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg (for sealing)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

For Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare Filling: Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill Egg Rolls: Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and seal with beaten egg.
  • Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
