This Juicy Chicken Breast with Creamy Gravy is a flavorful, comforting dish featuring pan-seared chicken smothered in a rich, homemade gravy.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Gravy:

 

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken:

    • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Make the Gravy:

    • In the same pan, melt butter and stir in flour.
    • Slowly whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream.
    • Simmer until thickened.

 

  • Serve:

    • Pour gravy over chicken and garnish with parsley.
