2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and lemon juice.
Coat evenly with the spice mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 75°C / 165°F).
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes to retain juices.
Slice the chicken breast against the grain and serve.
