Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz cooked pasta
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Pound chicken to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge in flour and pan-fry in butter and olive oil until golden brown.
  • Remove chicken and sauté garlic.
  • Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Simmer.
  • Return chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley.
