Lemon Tiramisu is a no-bake, citrus-infused dessert that layers lemon-soaked ladyfingers with creamy mascarpone filling and fresh zest, offering a bright and refreshing take on the classic Italian treat.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/4 cup limoncello or lemon syrup for soaking

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
  4. Briefly dip ladyfingers into lemon syrup or diluted lemon juice.
  5. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the lemon mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining cream.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor and texture.
  9. Before serving, garnish with additional lemon zest.
