Ingredients

  • 6 corn tostadas
  • 1 lb ground beef or shredded chicken
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef with taco seasoning.
  • Spread refried beans on each tostada.
  • Top with cooked meat and shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
