Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, drained, patted dry, and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  3. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. Fold in the chopped cherries, mixing just until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • For a festive touch, top with sprinkles or crushed peppermint before chilling.
  • Use parchment paper for easy cleanup and neater slices.
  • Let fudge sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving if a softer texture is preferred.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
