1/2cup pizza sauce
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cup pepperoni slices or cooked sausage
1/4cup diced bell peppers
1/4cup chopped mushrooms or olives
1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a muffin tin and press dough into each cup, forming a base and sides.
Spoon pizza sauce into each dough-lined cup.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add desired toppings (pepperoni, sausage, vegetables).
Optionally, top with a small dough circle and seal the edges.
Brush tops with olive oil or butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin and serving.
