Quick and easy no-bake cookies made with chocolate, oats, and peanut butter for a chewy, fudgy treat ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  5. Add oats and mix until fully coated.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet.
  7. Allow cookies to cool and set for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use quick oats for the best texture; old-fashioned oats will make chewier cookies.
  • Add shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra flavor.
  • If cookies don’t set, the mixture may not have boiled long enough—refrigerate to firm them up.
