For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Orange food coloring (optional)

For Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Orange zest

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:

    • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan. Chill.
  • Make the Filling:

    • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
    • Add orange juice and heavy cream, mixing well.
    • Fold in whipped cream and a few drops of orange food coloring.
  • Chill & Serve:

    • Pour filling over crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
    • Top with whipped cream and orange zest before serving.

Notes

  • Can be made in individual portions for a party-style dessert.
  • Substitute orange juice with orange extract for a stronger flavor.
