  • 2 bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 68 wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
  2. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries in half.
  3. Spread a small amount of peanut butter on one side of each banana slice.
  4. Layer one banana slice (peanut butter side up), a strawberry half, and another banana slice (peanut butter side down) to form a sandwich.
  5. Slide the sandwich onto a skewer.
  6. Repeat until skewers are filled.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for up to 1 hour before serving.
