  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker or digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Crushed toffee or peanut bits, for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker or biscuit crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of a pan. Chill to set.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  5. Spread the mousse evenly over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with piped mousse and crushed toffee or peanut bits.
