Peanut Butter Swirl Fudge is a creamy, rich no-bake treat combining sweet vanilla fudge with ribbons of smooth peanut butter. It’s quick to make and perfect for gifting or satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (510g) white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the top and use a knife or skewer to swirl it into the fudge.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for best texture and flavor.
  • Microwave can be used instead of stovetop—heat in short intervals and stir often.
  • For a chunkier texture, stir chopped peanuts into the base before swirling.
  • Fudge can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or frozen for longer.
