This Pecan Cream Cheese Dessert is a fluffy, no-bake delight layered with cream cheese filling, crunchy pecans, and sweet meringue swirls—perfect for holidays or potlucks!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping

  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans

 

  • Meringue cookies (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Mix graham crumbs and butter; press into a 9×13” pan.

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust.

 

  • Chill 2 hours. Top with pecans and crumbled meringues.
