Ingredients

  • 1 French bread loaf, halved

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 cup pizza or marinara sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup sliced onions and peppers

 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Place bread halves on baking tray. Spread sauce evenly.

  • Top with chicken, veggies, and cheese.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and slice to serve.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
