These Salted Caramel Swirl Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with gooey caramel ribbons and a touch of sea salt—perfectly indulgent and irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup soft caramel bits

 

  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Cream butter and sugars until light. Add egg and vanilla.

  • Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.

  • Gently swirl in caramel bits.

  • Scoop dough onto lined baking sheets.

 

  • Bake 9–11 minutes. Sprinkle with flaky salt while warm.

Notes

Don’t overmix the caramel to keep distinct swirls. Let cookies cool slightly before serving.
