1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup soft caramel bits
Flaky sea salt for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream butter and sugars until light. Add egg and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
