Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage patties until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
Split the English muffins and toast until golden brown.
Grease a skillet and cook the eggs using egg rings or ramekins for a round shape. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble each sandwich with a sausage patty, cooked egg, and a slice of cheddar cheese between muffin halves.
