These Sausage Egg Breakfast Sliders are hearty, cheesy, and baked to perfection—an easy and crowd-pleasing morning meal ideal for weekends or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls

  • 6 eggs, scrambled

  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

  • 6 slices cheddar or American cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Slice rolls in half horizontally and place bottom halves in a greased baking dish.

  • Layer scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese over the bottom halves.

  • Add the top buns. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.

 

Notes

Add sautéed peppers or onions for extra flavor. Use turkey sausage as a lighter option.
