1 ripe avocado, sliced
4 lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato, sliced

Instructions
Toast the bagels until golden and slightly crisp. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat, then pour in the egg mixture.
Gently scramble the eggs until soft and cooked through. Remove from heat.
Warm the cooked chicken if desired, or use it cold.
Assemble the sandwich: spread mayo or sauce (if using) on the bottom half of the toasted bagel.
Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, chicken, and scrambled eggs.
Top with cheese if using, then cover with the other half of the bagel.
Serve immediately while warm.
